The Equalizer 3.0 electronic register is the first in a comprehensive product line of electronic registers from MTI. It is suitable for use in a diverse range of applications, including retrofit or OEM metering applications.
Please Note: The EQ30 register is a legacy product. It has been replaced by the EL60. It is still supported by MTI and parts remain currently available although this is subject to change in the future.

190
The MTI 190 is a quality, heavy duty, 13-90 liter/min Mini-Dispenser with single display, retail sales capability, including ATC and electronic calibration. The MTI 190 incorporates the EL60 electronic register.
Meter Features:
The unit features a quality PMP Corporation re-manufactured Tokheim 898K meter. This meter is noted in the Industry for its accuracy, reliability and durability at flow rates between 13 and 90 LPM. It is a vertical piston, positive displacement meter. Accurate at any pressure and delivery rate. Stainless Steel and other non-corrosive, rust resistant materials are used throughout. PMP Corporation re-manufactured meters include:
- All new leathers, O-Rings, seals and gaskets. All dynamic seals and O-Rings are made of high cost Viton or Teflon to give reliable performance with alcohol blended fuels.
- Bearings and bushings checked for wear and replaced as needed.
- Worn shafts are replaced or reground and hard chrome plated.
- All Valves and Valve seats are machine lapped to a flatness of 0.000033″. This is done on special equipment where accuracy is checked daily.
- Aluminum Valves or valves seats are re-hard coated on an as needed basis.
Housing Features:
The cabinet is made from heavy gauge steel, powder coated in the color of your choice, with stainless steel side trim. The cabinet can be mounted in a variety of configurations, including on an optional pedestal base.
190 MS
The MTI 190 MS (Medium Speed) is a high quality, heavy duty, 15-150 liter/min Mini-Dispenser with single display, retail sales capability, including ATC and electronic calibration. The MTI 190 incorporates the EL 6.0 electronic register.
Meter Features:
The unit features a quality new TCS (Total Control Systems) Model #682-15-L 1″ positive displacement meter. This reciprocating 3 piston positive displacement meter is capable of 150 PSI maximum (10.5 BAR) working pressures at temperatures between -28.9 C and 93.3 C (-20.0 F to 200 F). The meter is approved for trade use in Canada at flow rates between 15 and 150 LPM. The 682 meter is a true Positive Displacement Meter, with the inlet and outlet on the same horizontal plain.

The dispenser cabinet comes complete with 4 – 5/16″ NC Pemnuts pressed into the cabinet base for optional mounting onto:

Eliminator 6.0 Bulk Register
The Eliminator 6.0 (EL60) Bulk Register (head) is a superior quality fuel meter Display system that shows the operator the amount of fuel metered through a bulk fuelling facility product line. It displays the volume in units as selected by the site operator. The electronic register is enclosed within a steel cabinet which houses the power supply inside of an explosion proof box along with a CPU and display. The displays are back-lit for easy operation during evening hours. The entire system is explosion proof, class 1, div 1 certified. A preset keypad is offered as an option. Two stage valving is available for accurate preset delivery. The display system is compatible with many card-lock, console, and POS systems. Please verify in advance the make and model of control system being used.
